How Much Will It Cost?
When compared to all types of education, CDL training has one of the highest rates of return! For a very affordable investment, new truck drivers can begin earning $35,000 to $40,000 in just their first year on the job!
What Types of Loans/Aid Are Available?
There are a number of ways to cover the cost of your training at West Michigan CDL. Here are just a few examples of ways past students have handled the cost of truck driver training:
Loans
Michigan Rural Rehabilitation Corp. offers a student loan to people that live in rural communities with populations of 15,000 or less. Or, if you have a specific bank or credit union that you work with, please feel free to check with them and obtain the funding on your own.
If you don’t have a particular bank you want to work with, call us for information about our ZERO-DOWN financing*.
Tuition Reimbursement
Most of the companies we work with offer Tuition Reimbursement. Pay for your tuition upfront and the company you work for may reimburse you in monthly installments.
Michigan Works Approved
Some Michigan residents may be eligible for government assistance through programs at your local Michigan Works office.
* West Michigan CDL will supply all the details of these financing packages, including interest rates and complete costs on request or when you apply.
